This page describes how personal information is handled on KOUSOU 0, which is operated by the Institute for Social Vision Design (ISVD), a Japanese general incorporated association.
1. Information we collect
KOUSOU 0 uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure site usage for service-improvement purposes. We collect the following information.
- Page views and URLs of pages visited
- Time on site and navigation paths within the site
- Approximate location of access (prefecture / country level)
- Device type and browser type
All of the above is aggregated, anonymized information. We do not collect information that identifies a specific individual.
3. Personal information
KOUSOU 0 does not collect personally identifying information such as name, email address, or postal address.
When you contact us, any name, email, or other information you include in your message is used solely to respond to your inquiry and for no other purpose.
Data retention: information received via our contact form is retained for one year after the final reply, and then deleted. GA4 access logs are retained for 14 months (Google's default setting).
User rights: under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold. Please submit requests via the contact form. We respond within two weeks as a rule.
4. Third-party data sharing
KOUSOU 0 transmits collected information to the following third-party services. All of them are used to the extent necessary for analytics or operations and not for personally identifying users.
- Google LLC: Google Analytics 4 analytics data ( Google Privacy Policy)
- Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry): JavaScript error reports generated on this site are sent to the error-monitoring service Sentry. The URL where the error occurred, browser information, and the error stack trace are transmitted. The data is used solely to improve site quality ( Sentry Privacy Policy)
- Vercel Inc.: the hosting provider for this site (IP addresses, request logs, etc.). Processed in accordance with Vercel's terms ( Vercel Privacy Policy)
We do not sell, transfer, or disclose collected information to any other third party.
5. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may change without prior notice in response to legal changes or service changes. The updated policy takes effect once it is posted on this page.
